- Seating is VERY LIMITED on all vessels and NOT GUARANTEED.
- Please note: our New Year's Eve cruises are NOT SUITABLE for children under 5 years of age.
- Please note that this is a nightclub-style cruise.
- Boarding passes will be emailed by Monday, 1st December 2025, or the next working day for later purchases. Please ensure the correct email address is provided.
- Photo ID and boat tickets are required prior to boarding. Pier passes can be sent with tickets if required.
- Make sure each one of your guests have their Photo ID, Boarding Pass and, if needed, a Pier pass.
- Please allow for extra travel time due to road and station closures; use public transport as taxis and private vehicles are restricted near piers.
- You will require a Pier pass if the pier you board from is in a restricted zone. Please ensure you have your Pier pass ready, as this will provide you with the relevant information needed.
- Our vessels cannot accommodate for latecomers, so we recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
- Group bookings must arrive together.

The river thames cruizes is good but not that good. as it does not last as long as you would expect it too and has not got much entertainment for children it is mainly for people like old people and married couples.
I wanted to take a moment to share my lovely experience on the recent river boat cruise. I booked the trip as team building event with my work colleagues. From the moment we embarked, the warm welcome from the crew set the tone for the entire trip. Their professionalism and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, making us feel both valued and well cared for.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breath taking scenery that unfolded around every bend of the river. The leisurely pace of the cruise allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the historical landmarks and take countless photos to capture these unforgettable memories.
