• An e-ticket will be sent with the timings and the name of the boat approximately one week prior to your booking.
• Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
• Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
• Special meal requests must be placed via info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your booking reference number at least 72 hours prior to the cruise.
• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted on this cruise – Photo ID will be required from all passengers.
• The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
