- An e-ticket will be sent with the timings and the name of the boat one week prior to your booking.
- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
- Special meal requests must be placed via info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your booking reference number at least 72 hours prior to the cruise.
- Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted on this cruise – Photo ID will be required from all passengers.
- The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
- The captain will host a safety announcement before setting sail.
