Tickets & Boarding
- Boarding passes are emailed by 1st December 2026, or the next working day for later purchases. Please make sure the correct email address is provided.
- Photo ID and your boarding pass are required for every guest before boarding.
- Pier passes can be sent with your tickets if required.
- Group bookings must arrive together.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Getting There
- Allow extra travel time due to road and station closures.
- Use public transport: taxis and private vehicles are restricted near the piers.
- A pier pass is required if you board from a pier in a restricted zone. Have it ready, as it provides the information you need.
- Arrive at least 15–30 minutes before departure. Our vessels cannot accommodate latecomers.

- This is a nightclub-style cruise.
- Seating is very limited on all vessels and is not guaranteed.
- Not suitable for children under 5.

New Year’s Eve Cruise London: FAQs
How long is the New Year’s Eve cruise, and when do the fireworks start?
The cruise lasts 4 hours. Our vessels moor at 11.30 PM so you have a prime viewing spot for the Big Ben chimes and London’s fireworks. Exact timings are still to be confirmed.
What is included in the drinks package?
On the adults-only cruise, the package includes unlimited beer, wine, Prosecco by the glass, single spirits and mixers, and soft drinks. On the family-friendly cruise it includes unlimited soft drinks for all guests, plus beer, wine and Prosecco by the glass for guests aged 18+. A fully-stocked bar is also available on board for all other drinks, at regular London prices.

Can I bring my children on the New Year’s Eve cruise?
Yes, on our family-friendly cruise, which is open to guests aged 5 and over, with a maximum of 2 children per 1 adult. Our adults-only cruise is for guests aged 21+, and the cruises are not suitable for children under 5.
Will there be seating on board?
Seating is very limited on all vessels and is not guaranteed. This is a nightclub-style party cruise.
What do I need to bring?
Every guest needs photo ID and their boarding pass, plus a pier pass if you are boarding from a pier in a restricted zone. Boarding passes are emailed by 1st December 2026, or the next working day for later purchases.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
No. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What happens if I arrive late?
Our vessels cannot accommodate latecomers, so please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled departure and allow extra travel time for road and station closures.
