- An e-ticket will be sent with the timings and the name of the boat one week prior to your booking.
- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
- Vegetarian meal requests must be placed in the special instructions section of the booking in advance or via info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your booking reference number.
- The company cannot assure nut-free products or the absence of nut traces. Gluten-free meal options require a 24 hours' prior notice.
- Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted on this cruise – Photo ID will be required from all passengers.
