There will be one hour set up charge at £18.00 + VAT per staff member prior to all menus. Our Cold and Hot Buffets will be served on disposable plates and cutlery. Please enquire regarding china and cutlery for your event.

Chicken Liver parfair with toasted breads served with a Port and Brandy reduction

North Altantic King Prawn cocktail seved with a Brandy Marie Rose Sauce, crispy little gem lettuce and sun blushed tomatoes and pickled cucumber, parmesan croutons and cripsy shallots

Main course
Roasted Bronzed turkey breast with a slice of irish glazed gammon, topped with a cranberry and chestnut stuffing, served with pigs in blankets, roasted chateaus potatoes, buttered brussel sprouts, honey glazed carrots and parsnips all brought together with a rich red wine jus

Pan fried fillet of Gilthead Bream served with champ mashed potato and mashed potato and spinach

Mushroom, lentil and spinach wellington wrapped in a puff pastry surrounded by a red pepper coulis
Vegan nut roast served with a selection of roasted vegetables topped with a rich nutty and seed crumb

 Staff surcharge included for up to a 4-hour cruise

China, Cutlery and Linen are all included in the Silver Service menus.

Vegetarian/vegan option – Nut roast
Nut roasts will be provided as a vegetarian/vegan substitute in place of all non-vegetarian or non vegan courses and buffets.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time on the lunch cruise today.
The staff were lovely and very friendly.
They even took the time to pipe Happy Birthday on the dessert plate, might have been some kind of icing.
The view out the window was lovely too.
We even got to meet a lovely couple on the next table and the lady was also celebrating her birthday.
Great day all round.
