- Upon booking, an e-ticket containing the schedule and boat name will be provided.
- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
- We can cater to vegetarian (V), vegan (VG), and gluten-free (GF) requests provided we have 72-hours prior notice; however, we do not provide menus which are both VG and GF.
- The company cannot assure nut-free products or the absence of nut traces.
- Please note: While it's free for infants, they must still hold a valid boarding pass.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Gift Vouchers can be provided - valid for 12 months after the purchase date

Hi there,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team that catered our wedding boat trip on Saturday. You were all so kind and helpful. We also had many comments about how lovely the food was and great the staff were. I heard people we happily tucking into seconds. I do hope there wasn’t much left over and if there were the team got to eat some too. It was particularly nice that you made sure that as the bride I got a piece of cheesecake before it was gone.
The guests thoroughly enjoyed the boat ride and it made for a unique wedding experience. So thanks again
