- Upon booking, an e-ticket containing the schedule and boat name will be provided.
- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.

- Please note: While it's free for infants, they must still hold a valid boarding pass.
- Please note that window seats on our vessels accommodate a maximum of two guests. For parties larger than two who desire window seating, we will arrange for your group to be seated at separate tables, each with a window view.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
