Upon booking, an e-ticket containing the schedule and boat name will be provided.
Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
We can cater to vegetarian (V), vegan (VG), and gluten-free (GF) requests provided we have 72-hours prior notice; however, we do not provide menus which are both VG and GF.
The company cannot assure nut-free products or the absence of nut traces.
