• To ensure a smooth booking process and successful event, please review the following important details:

  • Minimum Hire Duration: All private boat hires are subject to a minimum of 3 or 4 hours, depending on the vessel and event type.

  • Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 40 guests is required for all private bookings.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will cover the full cost of boat hire and any additional services requested.

  • Port Dues: Prices include Port of London Authority (PLA) Port Dues for most central London piers. Additional charges may apply for piers outside the central area.

  • Card Payments: All payments made by credit card will incur a 3.5% surcharge on the final total.

  • International Transfers: For payments made via bank transfer from outside the UK, all associated bank charges must be covered by the customer.
