Strict Timetable

The cruise operates on a strict schedule. Boarding begins at 12:45 PM, and the boat departs promptly at 1:00 PM.

Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, as the boat cannot return to the pier once departed.

Refunds will not be issued for missed departures, so please plan to arrive at Festival Pier with plenty of time to spare.

Weather Conditions

The cruise will proceed regardless of weather conditions, as our vessels are fully enclosed to protect against wind, rain, or snow. In rare cases of poor visibility, the Captain may decide to cancel the cruise.

If this occurs, you will be informed of your options on the day. 

Changes or Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute the vessel or amend the booking if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

While we will endeavor to minimize any inconvenience, we are not liable for losses, damages, or expenses resulting from these changes.

We operate an over 18's policy on this cruise. 

This is a nightclub style cruise and seating is not guaranteed.
