- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.

- Dietary restrictions must be sent via email to info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your booking reference number at least 72 hours prior to the cruise date.
- The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
- The captain will host a safety announcement before setting sail.
- Please note: while it's free for infants (0-2), tickets must still be purchased when checking out.
