• Upon booking, an e-ticket containing the schedule and boat name will be provided.
• Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
• Dress code for this cruise is casual; however, we would advise against flipflops, leisurewear and ripped jeans.
• Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
• Vegetarian meal requests must be placed in the special instructions section of the booking in advance or via info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your booking reference number.
• We can cater to vegetarian (V), vegan (VG), and gluten-free (GF) requests; however, we do not provide menus which are both VG and GF.
• The company cannot assure nut-free products or the absence of nut traces. Gluten-free meal options require a 24 hours' prior notice.
• Some tables are situated near other diners and are pre-allocated before boarding. All tables are fixed to the floor and cannot be moved.

• Please note: While it's free for infants, they must still hold a valid boarding pass.
• Please note that window seats on our vessels accommodate a maximum of two guests. For parties larger than two who desire window seating, we will arrange for your group to be seated at separate tables, each with a window view.
