From 1st April to 30th November Wednesday to Sunday (Sunday is the Jazz Cruise).
Cruise Schedule. EMBANKMENT PIER (opposite Embankment Underground Station)
Boarding at 12:00 hrs. Passengers should be at the pier at least 30 minutes
prior to departure. The boat is unable to return to the pier for latecomers.
Boat departs at 12:30 hrs
Boat returns at 14:00 hrs Wed-Sat, 15:00 hrs Sundays

Dress Code: Smart casual. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate dress code. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.
Child Policy: Children under the age of 5 are discouraged on board due to company health and safety policy. Prams, bassinets or pushchairs are not permitted on our vessel. A child menu is available for children under 12 years old.

Once tickets have been booked and issued they cannot be cancelled or exchanged and no money will be refunded.
