Dress Code: Smart casual. The company reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate dress code. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.

Child Policy: Children under the age of 5 are discouraged on board due to company health and safety policy. Prams bassinets or pushchairs are not permitted on our vessel. A child menu is available for children under 12 years old.

Tickets will be posted within a few days of receipt of payment.

Passengers should be at the pier at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. The boat is unable to return to the pier for latecomers. Any other unavoidable changes will be notified as soon as possible.
Once tickets have been booked and issued they cannot be cancelled or exchanged and no money will be refunded.
We reserve the right to change the menus where and when necessary without prior notification. Other unavoidable changes will be notified as soon as possible.
